What shoe is right for you?

Finding the right show should not be complicated, it all comes down to comfort and feel. The most important aspect is making sure you know what type of runner you are if you are not sure be sure to read my previous blog post showing how to analyze your gait properly.

One of the most common questions people always ask is “What is the best running shoe.” The answer is simple. It does not exist. There is no brand better than the other. Each running shoe brand has one shoe comparable to the next. Unless anyone wants to sponsor me out there, in that case, whoever does that is the best brand ^_^. I am still waiting for the running shoes with the built-in rocket boosters on the side. But until then I’ll just settle for what’s out there.

They provide the highest level of support and are ideal for runners who need the most help to keep their feet aligned properly. These shoes often feature additional support in the arch and heel areas, as well as a stiffer heel counter to control excessive motion. They are also often the heaviest of the three types of shoes and have the most cushioning, which makes them ideal for runners who need the most protection and comfort.
